Title Miscellaneous News Clippings
Scope & Content Three boxes of miscellaneous news clippings.

Box A31.1 includes miscellaneous original clippings from the 1930s thru 2003. Also includes photocopies of news clippings about Little Compton from various newspapers from 1878 to 1892.

Box A31.2 includes miscellaneous original news and magazine clippings organized into folders by subject. Subjects are related to Little Compton and include: churches, schools, buildings, travel to L.C., political activity, L.C. flood, nature, places, miscellaneous L.C., town functions, boating, business, and people. There is also one folder with copies of "In Perspective" Dates vary. In the buildings folder is a newpaper story of the Ocean-born Mary house. Sometimes called Oceanborn Mary or Seaborn Mary.

Box A31.3 includes miscellaneous unsorted news clippings from local papers. These relate mostly to the historical society and date to the 2000s.
