Oversized box of materials relating to various railroads. Includes:
- Book of "Right of Ways" (land) needed for the railroad. Signed on the inside as property of Edward W. Howland, treasurer of the Seaconnet Railroad, 1885. Pages are signed by various Little Compton and Tiverton residents.
- Folder of miscellaneous papers found inside the Howland book. Includes bills, receipts, notes and other documents related to the Seaconnet Railroad.
- Four sets of blue prints. One large set is for the Seaconnet Railroad from 1885. The rest are for the Tiverton & Seaconnet Railroad from 1903.
- Document. Acts and Resolves passed by the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations at the May Session, 1885. An Act to Incorporate the Seaconnet Railroad Company. This is a copy of the original document.
