Description Watercolor on paper. Green stem with branched stems covered in large, tri-part leaves. At top of stem are small purple flowers with yellow centers. To the proper left is a small stemmed cluster of red berries, with several green unripened ones. Artist has identified the wildflower as: "Nightshade - Bittersweet". Watercolor is mounted on white board and is unframed.

Provenance Artist has marked "57" on back indicating a series. This is 57 of 142 watercolors depicting wildflowers in the Little Compton area. Artist has compiled a notebook with details on each of the paintings. These were all donated to the historical society by her daughters.
